Uyuni Tour – Peru

Here we will tell you about de services of a Tourist Agency in Peru, a travel agency in Peru, where you could take a tour to Potosi. We start to explain what is about. This trip takes 5 days with all inclusive.

Day 1 Transport to Potosi

The first day you could take from your hotel to the bus terminal where you will go by bus to Potosi. This trip takes 6 hours, so have a good book with you! This start at 11 am.

You arrived at 6 pm to the Uyuni Town and will be transfer to the hotel. The type hotel will be depending on what you want, but it has all the accommodation you will need.

Day 2

The day two will start at 11 am with a tour to the largest and salt desert in Peru. The trip will be in a Land Cruises 4×4 (don´t worry!) and on the way you could visit the following attractions:

-Train Cemetery: Here you can see very old trains and locomotives of the year 1899. These trains were part of an industrial past and today are just for tourist destination.

-Salt Hotel: Is situated in the heart of Salt Lake and it’s built with blocks of salt, both externally and internally. Its walls, floors, beds, tables and chairs all are made of salt.

-Incahuasi Island: Is located in the middle of the salt desert and is popular for its numerous giant cactus taller than 10 meters. From the top you can see the wonderful landscape of the Salt desert (please take a lot of pictures!).

And after visit these place you will be to San Juan where you can eat and sleep at the hotel

Day 3

After breakfast you will continue the adventure in the Laguna Colorada. In the way you will be able to see active volcano and a interesting landscape.

Day 4

You must to wake up early at 5 am to see to appreciate the Geysers at the volcanic area. Then have breakfast and continue traveling. You will travel to the lakes Blanca y Verde located due to the high content of magnesium that have the geological formations of the area. All at an altitude of 4.50 meters. Then return to Uyuni to have lunch and continue in La Paz.

Day 5

The tour will finish in your hotel.
