Administrative Center, “Los Glacieres National Park”

It Works in a building from 1946 that has been declared a Municipal Historic Landmark. Regional Museum

Historical Interpretation Centre

It’s an original museum that recreates the history of Patagonia from its earliest origins. Was opened in 2003 and exhibits a perfect layout panels with writings, pictures, photos, billboards, replicas of antique tools and audio stories that starting in the entrance of the museum until it ends. It is open from 10 am to 8 pm. And it’s located in Brown and G Bonmelli Avenue.

Nimez Lagoon

It is a natural reserve with an incredible landscape. Here you can be able of watching more than 80 species of birds, among which are noted for their beauty famingos, black necked swans and geese and this lagoon is a wonderful space to enjoy the contact with nature in a Patagonian environment. It is located at 1 km from the commercial center of El Calefate.
